Withdrawal policy

kaiport Pro purchases in the App Store

kaiport Pro is only available as an App Store subscription. You buy it in the App Store from Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland). Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds are therefore governed by Apple's terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions), including the right of withdrawal Apple grants consumers there.

You ask Apple for a withdrawal or a refund, most easily at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID. We cannot refund or cancel App Store purchases ourselves, because we have no access to payments or Apple IDs.

Cancelling

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You cancel it in your Apple ID's subscription settings: on iPhone and iPad under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, on the Mac in the App Store under your account. If you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews, it ends with the current period.

Free versions

The free version of kaiport and the direct downloads for macOS, Windows and Linux are free of charge. No paid contract comes about; you can delete the app at any time. We do not conclude any contracts on this website itself.
